Founded in Austin, Texas by Liz Lambert and Larry McGuire, Lambert McGuire Design is an interior architecture and design studio rooted in hospitality. As a celebrated hotelier and restaurateur, Liz and Larry lead the practice with a creative vision informed by deep operational experience. With expertise spanning adaptive reuse and new construction, the studio’s work includes restaurants, hotels, retail, and residential projects across local and national markets.

Liz and Larry are also partners in MML Hospitality, alongside Tom Moorman, where they develop and operate a portfolio of award-winning concepts. This integrated approach brings a unique perspective to every project—balancing design, functionality, and an exacting attention to detail to create thoughtful, experience-driven spaces.
